This machine is a kind of high and new tech product integrating with photographic,
mechanism, electricity and pneumatic. It adopts belt conveyer, stepless frequency
control, and this machine can realize fully automation with high speed and high
efficiency. The max. speed can reach 80m/min. This machine has its independent
space for every working station. And it is suitable for large scale enterprise
because it can be assembled as user's requirements.
1.PAPER FEEDER--Adopt oil-free vacuum pump to suck the paper--The feeder head can be adjusted while running--Equipped with the double sheet controller

2. SHEET CLEANING UNIT--Press the paper even--Remove the remaining dust after printing--Make the paper surface much more even and smooth after being glazed

3. BASE COATING UNIT--Smear the base oil to fill up the paper surface.--Increase the adhesive force between UV layer and oil ink.--Reduce the penetration of UV coating to keep the paper be pure white.--Save the UV oil consumption.

4.I.R DRYING UNIT--I.R. drying equipment-- Fan Cooling system--Fit for drying job after smearing with water-base solvent.

5.UV COATING UNIT--Equip with high sensitivity air-knife system, and both suitable for thick and thin
paper.
--Equip with micro-adjustment control for even smearing effect and UV-oil usage,
to make the paper smooth and glossy.
6.UV DRYING UNIT--UV radiation can make the UV oil harden and wear, and promote the paper surface
to be glossy.
--Equip with fast cooling system to avoid the paper curling.7. AUTOMATIC DELIVERY UNIT--Equip with low noise conveyer belt, upper and lower pressing track design to make
the paper delivery smooth.
--Smearing on thin paper tends to be curving, yet the pneumatic sheet jogging device
knocking up both sides of sheet and keep the paper stable.
--Adopt pneumatic tidy paper, accurate and more even.
