Features:

Glueless laminating machine is a new developed laminator for glueless lamination which adopts DECRO glueless film of energy saving and environmental protection.

To use non-glue laminating machine for lamination not only reflects excellent properties of non-glue lamination but also has the special significance of energy conservation and pollution reduction, and complies with basic state policy energy conservation and resource protection. Configuration:

1) Compared with traditional laminators, glueless laminator has no gluing unit, so it is environmental economy and saves working procedures. In addition, it does not need special drying unit, and becomes energy-saving and space-saving.

2) It adopts glueless film or pre-glued film for lamination.

3) Heating roller is equipped with built-in heating tubes and filled with heat transfer oil, which homogenizes and stabilizes laminating temperature.

4) Structure of semi-auto type: manual paper feeding, automatic paper lamination, automatic cutting and paper receiving table.
