SAFM-1000 Automatic Laminating Machine
1) Used for the lamination of pre-glued film and paper sheets.
2) Automated integration of paper feeding, filming, separating and temperature control is wholly centralized on PLC panel.
3) Paper thickness: 125-500g/square meter
4) Heating methods: oil cycle heating stabilizes and precisionizes laminating temperature.
5) Paper feeding system feeds paper sheets automatically.
6) Feeding table can rise and drop freely upon applications.
7) Conveying table is equipped with aspirator to regulate paper sheets conveyed in line.
8) Film cutting device cuts film at any needed width upon paper sheets width.
9) Film release system is furnished with air expansion spindle and braking device, which controls film release speed and adjust film position.
10) Auto separating system equipped with anti-curl device separates automatically filmed paper at needed length.
11) Auto paper stacker can rise and drop freely upon applications.
12) Auto paper stacker equipped with paper patting device helps to stack separated paper sheets orderly.
13) Patting frequency of paper patting device can be adjusted upon requests.
